The studio is on the 6th floor with elevator and offers a view of the sea. It is part of a residence, 10 storeys high, in the district of côte des basques, in the centre of biarritz. It is located 50 m from the sea and from the beach.

The living/dining room includes 2 fold-away beds and flat screen TV. The balcony is in a north and west facing position and has balcony furniture. The kitchenette in the entrance is equipped with a ceramic glass hob, micro wave and electric coffee machine.
