It has an area of ​​about 2.5 ha and is organized into four spaces: the parking lot, the pool and bar area, the leisure and contemplation park area and the area defined by the International Gardens Festival, with 12 different spaces in shape and area. A metal pergola covered with creepers extends along this space and separates the area from the 12 flower beds of the leisure space and swimming pools.



The ramada and the fruit trees that already existed were maintained, giving the visitors more shade, making this space even more welcoming to those who visit it.



The International Festival of Gardens is an annual event that opens its doors to the public on the last Friday of May and closes on October 31. Between November and May, the gardens are dismantled and the new edition is prepared with all the bustle of the construction.



The selection of the gardens is carried out by a Jury and takes place after an international competition. Anyone can compete regardless of their age, profession or nationality. What is important is the authors' creativity and the expression of innovative ideas.



Awarded the 2013 International Garden Festival of the Year as part of the "2013 North American Garden Tourism Conference" in Toronto, Canada.



Named for the Novo Norte Awards in the Norte Creative category, a joint initiative of the Coordination Commission of the North Region and Jornal de Notícias.
