Safi
Safi is a local council and a coastal city of Morocco in the Atlantic Ocean. Capital of the Dukala-Abda region, it is also the center of an important urban agglomeration.
Safi is the country's leading sardine fisherman and has developed phosphate, textile and ceramic extraction.

The Sea Castle (Qasr El Bahr): is located on the edge of Independence Square in the heart of R'bat, the old town, facing the sea. This "Castillo del Mar", built by the Portuguese in the 16th century, was probably together with the fortress to defend and protect the northern entrance of the port city and the Government House. It was restored in 1963.

The village's climate is particularly mild and sunny during the main months of the year. Safi Province comprises three distinct climate zones: the oceanic (coast) zone, the semi-arid zone (Abda) and the arid zone (Ahmer). In addition, the province is characterized by a semi-arid climate with a hot and dry climate (May-October) and a humid and fun climate (November-April) with a green contrast.
