The Holiday Home Residencial L'Almúnia I Pego is a 4 room house located in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 km from the sea. It has a fenced garden with trees, plants and flowers and a private angular swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. There is a distant view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC
The large living/dining room has an open fireplace, satellite-TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a freezer and a dishwasher. The terrace has barbeque facilities and 4 deck chairs.
There are shops and a supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant and a bar are located 1 km away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at a 4 km distance.
The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take a ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
