The Casa Puesta del Sol Pego is a 2 storey villa built in 2005 in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position, 10 km from the sea. It has a private garden with plants and flowers and a private swimming pool (5m x 10 m, 01.01 - 31.12) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley.

There are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 beds and the other has 1 french bed. The bedroom in the upper floor has also one french bed, air- conditioning, TV and bath/shower/WC.

The is a living/dining room with swedish stove, satellite-TV, stereo unit, DVD and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, a micro wave and a freezer, there is also with a bar. The house also has central heating, and a burglar alarm.

There are shops and a supermarket within 6 km, a restaurant is located 1 km away, a sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at a 5 km distance. 20 km from beaches, bays where you can practice water sports. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar are some of the leisure parks located within 50 km.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
