The Casa Isabella is a 2 storey villa located in the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea. It has a private swimming pool ( 4 m x 8 m, 01.01 - 31.12) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, countryside and the valley.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
