To the north, you will discover Leith, the location of the Royal Yacht Britannia. To the south is Princes Street with its shops, gardens and spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle. Adjacent to Princes Street, the Royal Mile runs between the castle and the Queen’s Scottish residence, Holyrood Palace. Your friendly host, Marion, is a native of Edinburgh and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the city, and the Lothians. Tours to the Highlands can be arranged.
