The location is remote: - 50 m from the residence's swimming pool - 150 m from the sea, a footpath, bicycle path, a park with children's playground, bowling alley and the lighthouse 'Armendèche. 400 m from a small beach / pool sea - 1.5 km from the city center by sea route bus who crosses the canal giving access to the Grande Plage des Sables and the pool of seawater heated to 29 °. 400 to 600 m from all types of shops along the entrance canal to the port; 1 km from a supermarket "Super U". In the district "Thatch" you will find a covered market and open market along the canal.
