Built in rustic country style, Haus Lydia is 500 metres from the centre of Rauris. The ski bus stop is in front of the house and reaches the Rauris Ski Area in 10 minutes' drive.

All apartments have flat-screen cable TV, a large kitchenette with dining area and a living room with a cream-coloured leather sofa. Some of them have a balcony with mountain view.

The Lydia provides ski storage on site and guests can reach the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable cars in 800 metres.

The Sonnblickbad, a public outdoor pool, is 500 metres away. At a surcharge, guests can have breakfast and make use of the sauna, both located at Pension Christa, 50 metres away.
